1. General Provisions and Definitions

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and the accumulated balance may be forfeited.

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account cancellation. If any personal details change, you must notify the support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept completely confidential. You are fully responsible for the security of your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method). The maximum deposit limit is determined by account level and payment method. cd345 may require additional verification for large deposit amounts.

3.3 Withdrawal Limits and Timeframes

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, additional time may be required if account verification is in progress.

3.4 Verification

Before a withdrawal, cd345 may request a national identity card or other documents to confirm your identity. This is part of our security policy. Withdrawals may be held until the required documents are submitted.

3.5 Transaction Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). cd345 will not be liable for any loss arising from foreign currency conversion.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus. To withdraw bonus credit, the total wagering amount (bonus plus deposit combined) must be at least 15 times the total.

4.2 Bonus Wagering Requirements

  • Wagering requirement: 15x (on the bonus amount).
  • The time limit for meeting the wagering requirement will be stated with each bonus.
  • Restrictions on using bonuses in certain games may apply.
  • The wagering contribution rate from the bonus balance may vary by game.

4.3 Promotion Abuse

If it is proven that a player has abused, manipulated, or attempted to gain an advantage through multiple accounts in relation to any bonus or promotion, cd345 reserves the right to close the associated account and forfeit the bonus.

4.4 Bonus Changes

cd345 may change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. We will endeavour to provide advance notice when changing the terms of an ongoing promotion.

5. Gaming Rules

5.1 Game Fairness

All games on cd345 are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. cd345 does not and cannot manipulate game results.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a disconnection or technical error occurs during a game, cd345 will determine the game outcome based on the last saved data. In the case of a server-side error, the related bet may be cancelled.

5.3 Bet Cancellation

cd345 reserves the right to cancel bets in the following circumstances:

  • Abnormal results due to technical errors or software bugs.
  • If the odds or value of a game are displayed incorrectly.
  • If evidence of match-fixing or unfair influence is found.
  • If fraud is suspected on a player's account.

5.4 Responsible Gaming

6. VIP Program

cd345's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier:

  • Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
  • Gold — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
  • Diamond — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement depends on your gaming activity and contributions. cd345 may change the VIP program terms at any time and may revoke VIP benefits in the event of a rule violation.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If identified, the account may be closed and legal action may be taken:

  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing purposes.
  • Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
  • Intentionally exploiting game bugs or technical errors.
  • Collusion or unfair conduct against other players.
  • Registering using a false identity or documents.
  • Operating an account in the name of or on behalf of a minor.
  • Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by cd345

cd345 may suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

  • If any provision of these Terms is violated.
  • If fraud or illegal activity is suspected.
  • If registration was completed using false information.
  • If the account has been inactive for an extended period (at least 12 months).

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. It is recommended that you complete any pending withdrawals and clear any unnecessary bonus balance before closing your account.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you notice problematic gaming behaviour, you may use the self-exclusion feature. No bonuses or promotional marketing will be sent while self-exclusion is active.

9. Personal Data and Privacy

cd345 does not sell your data to third parties. However, it may be shared with selected partners where required by law, for fraud prevention, or to provide services. Your data is protected with SSL encryption.

10. Limitation of Liability

cd345 is not liable for:

  • Disruption to gaming experience due to internet disconnection.
  • Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
  • Loss caused by issues with your device or software.
  • Force majeure events — natural disasters, cyberattacks, and similar.
  • Loss resulting from sharing your account credentials with a third party.

In any circumstances, cd345's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.2 Process
